Our commercial policy
The Seller offers the products for sale on charaka-artedesign.it and carries out its e-commerce activity exclusively towards its end users who are consumers pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree. n. 206/2005 (“Consumer”) and acting on Charaka Arte design with purposes not related to their own commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity, possibly carried out.
In consideration of its commercial policy, the Seller reserves the right not to process orders from subjects other than the Consumer or in any case to orders and / or requests that do not comply with its commercial policy.
These General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on charaka-artedesign.it
How to conclude the contract
To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on charaka-artedesign.it, you must register on the Site, in compliance with the General Conditions of Use that you can consult on the Site, and follow the guided online purchase process.
You will then have to fill in the order form in electronic format and send it to the Seller electronically, following the relevant instructions. The order form contains a reference to the General Conditions of Sale and a summary of the information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the relative price (including all applicable taxes or duties), of the means of payment that you can use to purchase. each product and the delivery methods of the purchased products, the shipping and delivery costs, a reference to the conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal and the methods and times for returning the purchased products.
The contract is concluded when the Seller receives your order form electronically, after verifying the correctness of the data relating to your order.
Before proceeding with the purchase of the products, by sending the order form, you will be asked to carefully read the General Conditions of Sale and the Information on the right of withdrawal, to print a copy using the print command and to memorize or to reproduce a copy for your personal use. You will also be required to accept the clauses that require your express approval.
The order form will be stored in our database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case within the terms of the law. You will be able to access your order form by consulting the My Account section.
Once the contract is concluded, charaka-artedesign.it will process your purchase order.
The Seller may not process your purchase orders that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, we will inform you by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that the Seller has not carried out your purchase order, specifying the reasons. If the products, presented on Charaka Arte design, are no longer available or on sale at the time of your last access to the site or when the order form is sent, it will be the Seller’s responsibility to notify you, promptly and in any case within thirty (30 ) days from the day following that on which you have sent your order to the Seller, any unavailability of the products ordered. In case of forwarding of the order form and payment of the price, the Seller will refund the amount already paid by you.
By submitting the order form electronically, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe these General Conditions of Sale in relations with the Seller.
Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will send you, by e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information already contained in the order form (General Conditions of Sale, Information on the right of withdrawal, information relating to essential characteristics of the product and detailed indication of the price, means of payment and delivery costs).
On Charaka-artedesign.it exclusive products and furnishing accessories are sold
The characteristics of the products are presented on the Charaka-artedesign.it website. The images and any videos must in any case be intended as indicative and with the tolerances of use, also taking into account possible changes to the product packaging made by the manufacturer. However, some colors and textures of the packages or products may appear not to correspond to the real ones due to the browser or monitor used.costs, you can follow one of the methods indicated in the order form.

Right of withdrawal
The Customer’s rights are protected by Legislative Decree 206/2005.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) working days, starting from the day of receipt of the purchased products charaka-artedesign.it
In this case, you will have to return the products to the Seller by delivering them to the courier for shipment within 10 (ten) working days from when you received the products.
The only expenses at your expense are those for returning the purchased products.
The Right of Withdrawal – in addition to compliance with the terms and methods described in the previous points 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, 9.5 and 9.6 – is understood to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are also fully respected:
the Return Form must be correctly completed and sent to the Seller within 10 (ten) working days of receipt of the products;
the products must be returned in their original packaging;
Whatever the payment method you use, the refund is activated by the Seller in the shortest possible time and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal after verifying the correct execution of your right of withdrawal and acceptance of returned products.
If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and who made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the reimbursement of the sums, in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be made by the Seller, in in any case, towards the person who made the payment.
The value date of the re-credit is the same as the debit; consequently you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.
If you decide to use a different shipper than the one indicated by the Seller to return the products, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, including liability in case of loss or damage to the products.
The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, on the consumer code, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and the legislative decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects relating to electronic commerce and with the express exclusion of the application, even partial, of the 1980 Vienna Convention on the international sale of movable property.
In any case, any dispute that may arise in relation to the interpretation, execution and validity of the General Conditions of Sale, even if the same is not resolved by the procedure referred to in the preceding point, will be devolved exclusively to the Italian jurisdiction. The exclusive competent court will be that of Rimini with the exclusion of any other competent court.
In any case, an alternative dispute resolution service is made available for the extrajudicial resolution of disputes (so-called ADR bodies, as indicated in articles 141-bis and following of the Consumer Code).
Modification and update
The General Conditions of Sale are amended from time to time also in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new General Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on charaka-artedesign.it

The shipment will take place via courier.
1 – Paypal: NO ADDED COSTS, excluding shipping costs (as per regulation).
2– Credit card: NO ADDED COSTS, excluding shipping costs (as per regulation).
3– Bank Transfer – the costs depend on the buyer’s bank, in that case Charaka Arte Design reserves the right to wait for the payment to be made before sending the goods.
4– Prices are inclusive of VAT.
